This top mounted single engine throttle / shift control enables easy and safe shifting by preventing accidental gear engagement unless engine is idling. Constructed out of chrome plated marine grade aluminum per part manufacturer. Pull-out handle disengages shift for warm-up. Neutral safety switch X43 - 38160L (optional - not included) prevents in-gear starting. Exceeds EN ISO 11547 standards when X43 safety switch is installed (switch not included). Suitable for any type of boat with outboard, inboard, or I/O power plants.
