High-performance two-way 800W floor monitor from STX800 series that can be also used as a utility speaker for use on a tripod stand or over a subwoofer, utilizing a single-position pole mount. Its construction is compact and low-profile for minimal obstruction of audience sight-lines and offers a 70 degree by 70 degree waveguide utilized for precise coverage. This unit can be used in bi-amplified or full-range passive operation. It is equipped with a high power handling, low distortion Vented Gap Cooling LF driver and a 3” (diaphragm) neodymium magnet compression driver. Its rugged DuraFlex coated enclosure is sized to be truck pack friendly and features a 14-gauge steel grille lined with acoustically transparent cloth as well as a pole socket for applications requiring pole or tripod mounting.
