The cardioid lavalier microphone is ideal for recording videos, but can also be used in music sessions. It's very small and unobtrusive, so it can be used for live broadcasts or high-definition conversations. The microphone contains an integrated preamplifier, low-noise circuits, a balanced XLR output and 2 ways of power supply - 48V phantom power supply or 1.5V AA battery. The cardioid microphone has a higher sensitivity at the front and a lower sensitivity at the back. It insulates unwanted ambient noise well and is much more resistant to feedback than a dynamic microphone.
