A bass amp head that takes it's sonic cues from the classic tube heads of the past and pairs it 100W all-valve design with modern features, construction and reliability. Built tough the CTM-100 head is housed within an 18mm Marine grade birch ply cabinet that features heavy duty flip style handles and an internal fan to keep things cool. The head features a classic five valve preamp configuration (1 x ECC83, 1 x ECC832, 1 x ECC99, 2 x ECC82) and a fully-loaded power section consisting of 2 x KT88 output tubes. From mellow '60s bass tone to growling '70s-style bass, straight through to thick and powerful modern tone, the CTM-300 covers a huge range of sonic ground. Thanks to versatile tone controls, the head let you fine-tune your tone to the situation. The CTM-100 features user adjustable bias for each individual power tube thanks to the dual-functioning VU meter. The head also features a transformer-derived DI output and front-mounted effects loop both tube-driven for maximum tonal preservation. The weight of the amp is 19 kg.
